ELMISAZ YADAK Co (BABA PART MOTOR) has been established to design & manufacture Auto parts, industrial components, manufacturing machinery in 1994 and has cooperated with OEM Iranian car manufacturers since 1995.
The products of this company are in accordance with global standards.
This company by utilizing advanced machinery and lab testers according to global standards is the only domestic supplier of different types of thermostat for OEM manufacturers Irankhodro (Sapco),Saipa (Mega motor) and Tabriz motor sazan.
Thermostat manufacturing for Irankhodro includes Peugeot 405, Samand, Peugeot pars, EF7 engine, Peugeot 206, Peykan &ROA and also SAIPA products includes KIA (Pride),Tiba and Nissan and thermostats of Tabriz motor sazan products.
By designing and manufacturing molds and equipments and installing production line for radiator cap of Peugeot 405(samand-peugeot pars) Our firm was successful to obtain the certificate from Franc by SAPCO in 2009 and since 2010 has been OEM radiator cap supplier for Peugeot 405 samand,Peugeot pars for SAPCO (Iran khodro)and ISACO.
Having a quality management system in accordance with international standards ISO/TS and having an equipped advanced laboratory causes to retain the quality according to international standards.
Our laboratory has been certified by the experts of Peugeot .company of France and the experts of the companies: SAPCO, Itrak, Mega motors, Motor sazan and it has been introduced as a reference laboratory.
Our products are accordance with standards of PSA (Peugeot Citroen), JASO (Japan), KIA (South Korea) and BS (England) and these standards meet the requirement of OEM automotive manufacturers.
By having experts in designing plastic molds, dies ,accessories and production lines machinery and equipment and all kind of lab testers according to the international standards we are ready to accept the orders for mass production of auto parts especially thermostat, radiator cap, plastic parts, oxygen sensor, step motor, temperature sensor , oil cap and so on.
Our products have already been exported to European countries such as Russia, UK and Middle East countries.
